ON SITE VISIT AND EVALUATION

The first step of any estate sale is to schedule and on-site visit and evaluation. We would love to visit your property, put a face to a name and most importantly, assess your needs. Our consultation is free.

CONTRACT REVIEW AND AGREEMENT

As a fully bonded and insured estate sale company, it is important to have a contract that protects your home as well as our company. We will review all contractual items thoroughly in our second consultation.

STAGING THE ESTATE

Staging the estate is one of the most important parts of a sale. During the staging process we clean, organize, stage and price the items in the home. Staging times can vary depending on each client's needs and we are happy to quote an estimated time for each sale. Staging also includes the use of Godley Estate Sales racks, showcases and lighting to make the sale easy to shop.

MARKETING

We advertise on estatesales.com. estatesales.net, estatesales.org as well as manage The Godley Estate Sale social media accounts on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. We especially market to local groups and may advertise in the local newspaper, however we have many preferred customers that travel to visit our sales and are contacted through our extensive customer email list.
